As you know, health is something I highly value, I wanted to make sure I share all my recommendations with you so we can help each other and STAY CONNECTED and HEALTHY on this time of CURVE BALLS !
I find it only appropriate to share some natural ways and favorite producst to boost your immune system and protect you and your kids from possible viruses and germs as staying healthy OVERALL.
First… RELAX! what you feed your mind is AS IMPORTANT as what you feed your MIND.
Stress is a killer to your immune system. SERIOUSLY ! do not cave into panic , STAY informed however it is a really good time to limit how much you watch the news and unnecessary information overload.
BE PROACTIVE and NOT REACTIVE. that means this is the time to take your health seriously and …
It NEVER hurts to take extra precautions.
This are my recommendations on how you can boost your immune system RIGHT NOW and going forward with all the Corona Virus situation going on.
–Get 8 hours of sleep! Sleep is so crucial for our bodies to recover and yes it does strengthen your immune system. I know so many people who have problems falling or staying asleep. I recommend diffusing lavender oil, putting a couple drops on your pillow and using sleep spray.
–Exercise! Moving your body regularly DOES help with keeping your body strong and keeping the immune system strong. With social distancing this is NOT THE TIME to be a couch potato.
It may be the perfect time to do workouts,
I also recommend getting adjusted at your local chiro, doing colonics and sitting in the infrared sauna if it is available to you or your city is open.
-Avoid sugar, dairy, gluten and processed foods!
Basically cut the junk and load up on fruits n veggies
-Take vitamin D and C! Vitamin C Daily doses of 250 to 500 mg can boost immune cell activity and strength.
-Keep your water intake up! 100 oz of water combined between foods, shakes and soups.
-Don’t touch your eyes nose and mouth and duhhhhh wash your hands with soap and water .
-Eat raw garlic daily ( it is important that you crush it or mince it before eating it , or you can add to foods, we have been mincing and just eating it …if you want to laugh you can watch us here )
-Stock up on essential oils! Oregano, peppermint, frankincense and lemon are my go to’s!
